THE APARTMENTS
An exclusive
holiday
The apartments, recently renovated, are furnished with elegant antique furniture and prestige furnishings, that when combined with the pictorial decorations, create a charming environment and infuse a warm atmosphere.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, designed and accessorised with traditional furniture, that thanks to creative recycling, have been renovated to create an original atmosphere in harmony with the unique quality of the villa. The touches of vintage style create a refined contrast from the modern kitchen appliances.

RELAXATION AREA
Immersed
between the vines
The guests can unwind in the relaxation area which has been built on the roof; a “solarium” with Jacuzzi (4m x 2m) that offers a unique panoramic view over the Cannubi vineyards.
This is a communal area for use by all the accommodation solutions (excluding only B3).

GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN
Events &
courses
The original cellar on the ground floor, with a characteristic brick vault ceiling, has been redesigned as a kitchen, and can be used for cooking courses or private events.
A villa that narrates
our history
In the first decade of the 20th century the Honorary G.B. Burlotto, founder and namesake of the winery, wanted to expand his possessions by acquiring a vineyard in the heart of the Barolo production area and particularly in that, which is today, one of the most famous vineyard “Cru” areas of Barolo: the Cannubi. At the far end there was a villa, which for many years was used for the management of the vineyard, to house the workers and to accommodate small tools.
It therefore seemed right to dedicate this new accommodation to his name; Giovanni Battista Burlotto (Giobatta).
